Behaviour change approaches are being increasingly utilised to support populations towards healthier diets in order to improve the health of nations and reduce ill health. Professor Louis Levy will use evidence from both published and grey literature to consider learning from the perspective of an interested but non-expert (ie the facilitator). The webinar will consider different theories and strategies of behaviour change as well as impact and unintended consequences, with the aim of providing a realistic but pragmatic view of behaviour change and the food/drink environment.
