Maria Maragoudaki
Maria Maragoudaki is a licensed nutritionist working in private practice, in Athens, Greece providing personalized guidance. Considering the complexity of life (lifestyle, personality, dietary behaviours, consumer behaviour, nutrition knowledge and the environment) she tries to help people reach their goal, learn how to feed themselves and keep a healthy weight, body image and lifestyle. She is collaborating with a team of psychologists, doctors and trainers.
She volunteers in Amurtel, Greece, where she helps mother and pregnant refugees adapt to the Greek food culture and reality. Recently she created a Greek account on Instagram called “marulosalata” where she tries in a humourous way to make people aware of the huge amount of misinformation on internet and highlight the importance of practical science based nutrition guidelines.
