
Pauline Dunne
Pauline Dunne is a CORU-registered dietitian with diverse experience across both healthcare and non-governmental organisation services. She has contributed to the development, delivery, and implementation of nutrition and dietetic services, multidisciplinary team collaborations, and the establishment of standards of practice. Pauline is passionate about finding effective and accessible ways to prevent and manage chronic disease. She is currently a PhD candidate at University College Dublin (UCD) and a SPHeRE scholar (2020-2024), part of a collaborative doctoral programme in chronic disease prevention funded by the Health Research Board (HRB). Her ongoing research focuses on developing a primary care intervention to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes following gestational diabetes.
