Dr Louise Durrant is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Communications Manager at Marlow Foods where she is responsible for relevant healthcare and nutrition professional communications through Quorn Nutrition. Louise also leads on workforce nutrition and supports the wider business in nutrition related communications. She has experience in communicating evidence-based nutrition science to a wide variety of audiences, having worked at both Yakult UK and the British Nutrition Foundation. She was a recipient of the Nutrition Society’s Rising Star Award in 2021 and is currently also Co-Director of the European Nutrition Leadership Platform (ENLP) Essentials Programme.
